Excellent service, technicien courtois, connaissant et efficace. Mon problème a été résolu en moins d'une heure. Comme le problème était lié à un bris du côté d'Hydro Québec, le technicien savait également quoi faire au niveau de la facturation. Bref. je suis très satisfaite.
