Avoid at all cost. This salon is not respecting your appointment time. Very slow, serving other customers in between. At the end you will get your bill increased, them trying to add more fees. Ending price will never be the same as told before the appointment. Confronting front desk will insist with the price change, frustrating. Expensive for nothing with very slow service. I rather go to another place and be appreciated as a customer.

Gilbert, un coiffeur hyper à l'ėcoute avec plein de bonnes idées pour changer de coiffure et en bonus des conversations intéressantes. Sabrina, qui s'occupe de mon shampoing m'offre un moment de pure détente et son massage du cuir chevelu est sublime. J'ai adopté ce salon quand Linda m'a donné un rendez-vous le jour même pour une pose d'ongles. Elle fait un travail de grande qualité et est très professionnelle. Suzanne C.

Je n'ai pas du to...

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé mon experience. Laver, couper, sécher et payer en 20minutes. La coiffeuse n'avait aucun sourire, ne me mettais pas à l'aise et clairement avait hâte de finir.

Great for mens haircuts

They were able to win my son over. He hated haircuts and when we brought him here, he was ok. The men's side is on a first-come, first-served basis and they usually don't have any wait. The woman's side is with appointment, but they are very accomodating and usually take you without an appoitnment. I had a bad exprerience with a manicure, but the manicurists are independant and not directly associated to the salon. I would not get another manicure.

Super ambiance!

De Neuville est situé dans le Mail Champlain, près de la SAQ et facile d'accès. J'y vais depuis 4 ans et je ne suis jamais ressortie déçue. Les gens sont gentils et accueillants. Ma coiffeuse, Manon, est très patience et très à l'écoute. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.
