From the moment we walked in, the man (I’m guessing the owner) made us feel unwanted. He accused me of trying to use a fake Id to order a glass of wine with my pasta (I’m a 23 year old woman). He told us we had to leave by 7. Don’t suggest it and we wouldn’t go back

An all around wonderful experience...from the food to the service. We had the Fisherman's Wedding Soup (Italian Wedding soup with seafood), and seafood pasta in a creamy alfredo sauce. The waitress was friendly and informative and the wait for the meal was short. I highly reccomend and will be returning!
I took my family (my wife and parents) as my parents had heard about this restaurant from friends. Very impressed with the food. I had the veal chops and they were done just right. The branzini was also a solid choice. If you get dessert I definitely suggest the creme bruele (split with wife).
I took my girlfriend here some time ago, and we were very pleased. The chef made us a custom risotto from off the menu with absolutely no fuss. We had shrimp, risotto, veal, and a bottle of wine. We loved the food, although the decor of the place was lacking in 'taste'. We'll come back here when we're in the area.
I have been coming to this Restaurant for for tha 5 Years at least once every month some time with 2 ,3 ,4, 6, 8 peoples I do recomend it 100% but make a reservation or you will never get it on the week end
I come here about once every other week. I eat out at Italian restaurants frequently and this restaurant has, hands down, the best italian food. Try the shrimp and scallops pasta and the home-made tiramisu. Absolutely delicious.
Food is great in this small restaurant . Ambiance was OK , a old restaurant without much modern touches. Crowded and noisy. .Kind of noisy . Waiter Doreen was rude when mentioned that my salmon was too cooked.
Meh - it was pretty average on all counts, I thought. I don't quite remember what pastas we had - I think mine was the ravioli. Lots of sauce, but not too much flavour to it. I would go back, but I'm not rushing in the door.
I was so impressed the first time I ate at this restaurant on one of my visits from Scotland that I decided to see if it came up to its previous standard on this trip. I was not disappointed. The food was excellent and good value for the price paid. The waiter was attentive without being intrusive. I will definitely visit this restaurant on my next visit to Toronto.
Although we have enjoyed some good (not great)meals here, the service was terrible on on our last visit. We witnessed a table beside us where one in the party did not receive her main course of pasta. The waiter and owner insisted she did receive it and refused to bring her another, even charging the customers for their definitely not received pasta. The waiter and owner were downright rude and the two lovely couples did not want to create a scene and were certainly not looking for a free meal, paid their bill in full and left. This restaurant has now lost 8 good customers due to their lack of respect and horrible customer service.
Grilled Calamari first, always. Had it everytime I've gone here. Fabulous. Never tough. Large portion. Melts in your mouth. The best I have ever had. Normally I have the baked pasta - always yummy, but tonight I had the veal and it was to die for. Plenty of food - almost too much, done to perfection. The service is exceptional, the food is exceptional. No wonder we've eaten here over 25 times. One of Toronto's hidden gems. My wife loves the triple mushroom carpaccio - has it every time too. (hold the capers). I cannt say enough about this place, except that you should call for a reservation because the locals eat it up.
Great food, great service great price. One of the best Italian restaurants in Toronto by far.
