    Yells at customers and then hangs up phone out of frustration! Very Un professional and in mature. Wouldn't even give me his name. That's very scary considering he claims to fight for your rights. Would not trust him at all!!

    Awful service...no business with words "human rights" on website. Treats clients terribly and apparently his staff too after first hand experience while there...wow. Zoo animals have better social skills...shame on you!
