I like Kelseys it has a cosy atmosphere and the staff here are friendly. I have had numerous meals at this establishment. Kelseys is a real favourite of mine. Other Kelseys establishments I have visited other Kelsey's restaurants in London Windsor,St Thomas and other cities and the food tastes the same at every location which I have visited. The staff are courteous and service is always very good. Their Captain's platter,Rib and Wing combo,and steaks are excellent and are favourites of mine! This is one of the best restaurants in my opinion and I have never had a bad meal here and I have never left there hungry! They also have excellent desserts

We arrived on this Monday night at about 7:00 for dinner. We were surprised to find that there would be a 20 minute wait. I'm assuming that this is uncommon as there just didn't appear to be enough staff on to handle the volume. We were ushered to a table in about 10 minutes, greeted promptly by our smiling waitress. However, once the orders were taken it was another 45 minutes before food arrived. However, we've never had this happen before at Kelsey's and the food is so good that we will be back. However, we will be watching to see if this service is the exception....or the new rule.

We had such a great time at Kelseys.... The food was incredible.. and the service was too... We had one toddler at our party and our server played with her and made my daughters nite... she also recommended having my duaghters food come out first with our appetizers.. so that way she would have plenty of time to pick at her food and maybe just finish it for once........
I recommend this restaurant to all .... If you are looking for a great affordable evening out .. then Kelseys is the place to go.......
The restaurant was pretty empty when we got there...
The restaurant was pretty empty when we got there and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to come and seat us. It was only when we were on our way out the door that someone came. Once at our table our server came quickly but after taking our drink order we could see her chatting with some guys at the bar for over 10 minutes untill someone from our table went down and asked the bartender for our drinks. We just ordered apps. but they took over 45 minutes and came out cold. When we told out server this she got upset and asked what we wanted her to do about it. At this point we got fed up and left. It is the only time that I have ever not tipped a server. We will never go back.
