If you're too lazy to open a packet and jar at...

If you're too lazy to open a packet and jar at home, this is the place to go since they'll do it for you. Grilled calamari was worst ever: flavourless rubber, "presented" as a one piece slab on top of limp greens. Pasta wasn't home-made as expected. Everything was presented beautifully but generally fell short taste/ingredients-wise. Service was pleasant but very slow; it took over half an hour just to get drinks. Dining room is attractive but noisy: not the place for a romantic Italian dinner but fine for pizza with the kids.

when i went to cafe limoncello it was starting to...

when i went to cafe limoncello it was starting to fill up. our waitress trish sat us near the kitchen and that was the worst place to sit in the entire restarant the communication between the dining room to the kitchen was comprised of trish YELLING to the chef and the chef YELLING back to trish, and the yelling didnt stop there the chef continued to yell to the people in the back for no reason, it was very annoying, when i go to a restarant i want to enjoy my food and not have to YELL to speak to the person i am having lunch with.

My wife and I had heard good things about this place so we thought we'd try it out for ourselves. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent and the service was helpful, kind, and courteous. A truly enjoyable dining experience.

I recently went to Cafe Limoncello for lunch with...

I recently went to Cafe Limoncello for lunch with a collegue of mine. We had been told great things by others, saying "lunch is fabulous, the best in town". Well it was everything but..... The place was packed first off. We waited 15 minutes for a seat, and there was only two of us!! When our server finally tended to us, she seemed bitter, not at all hospitable. I ordered the chicken parm' thinking it was pretty classic and probably fool proof. Wow was I wrong!! It was processed chicken toped with "canned sauce" and the worst cheese I've ever tasted. The fries were dripping of grease and were straight out of a bag. Along with that I'll I could here was the screaming chef through the open kitchen window. The service was slow and seemed rushed when she did tend to us. Overall the it was a terrible expierience. However dinner may be more enjoyable, but lunch was a definite flop.
