This is a fantastic place! The staff are amazing and Kim is a great massage therapist! Wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend this place for sure!!

Excellent team at CBI Hamilton. They really helped in our recovery from a car accident. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and scheduling is easy! They worked great with our insurance and are very knowledgeable in all aspects. I recommend them to all my family and friends now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Staff are friendly but do not believe you when you explain that you have pain. I was in a mva and diagnosed with whip lash initially. Five months later I was told by CBI that I "can't" have the pain that I still experience. Long story short...I felt worse every time I left CBI then when I went there. They are uneducated when it comes to patient/therapist relations. If your pain does not exist then why give them your business?
