Never written a negative review about anything and had to create and install this app just for this. This shows I went out of my way to actually share my experience. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The waitress came out rude to begin with, served us with water without asking if we wanted anything else. Then she hands us the menu without saying anything as if we've been there before. She hand us a all you can eat menu, we figured hey all you can eat. We fill it out. She comes out telling us that it's only for lunch in the rudest way possible as if we're morons. Then she points at other restaurants who still has the all you can eat available in a way to kick us out not to offer us options. She was terrible, rude and just ignorant because she probably owned that restaurant. Don't ever come here if you don't want to ruin your appetite. End of story is we ended up across the street at izumi sushi and had a good time. Just come over to izumi, definitely leagues better than utage.
