Wouldn't call these people again told me it would be $250 maximum worked for half an hour charged me 104 only bill by the hour .bill came out to 370. Charges 70 bucks just to come out!! 370 is a Big difference from 250 Max
After doing my due diligence, I decided on RG Prado Appliance Service to fix our refrigerator. Jun Prado was very courteous on the phone and arranged same day service call. He arrived before the arranged time and knew exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. It was a plugged drain line and he had the problem rectified in 45 minutes. He explained exactly what caused the problem and also how he billed the call. Jun Prado is extremely knowledgeable, very personable and does excellent work.
Very fast and professional service. Price is very good and most of the time is much better than other appliance service companies. Jun is very friendly and polite. Would defiantly him call again if any of my appliances break down.
