Out Of Province inspection was performed here. Headlights were fogged over so other ones were installed , which got broken during install , which I was left paying for . Originally had morning appt which got pushed to the entire day . 1 hour job almost didn’t get finished in a entire work day , which led to the Manager shouting at the Tech with me being in the same room . Carcraft left me out 600$+ and an entire wasted day . If I could give them 0 stars , I would . Stay away .
Vehicle seems to have been left unlocked so broken into and $1000 items stolen but they say not responsible if on their lot.Security cam don’t work! taken in to have BCM computer replaced and I was told replaced computer was tested working fine but upon pick up there were multiple faults on it that were not there prior.
No air bags/no horn/battery/ engine /traction /cargo dr plus more sent home with no air bags abs no horn lol

The service at Car Craft Automotive was outstanding! As soon as you walk in the door you are immediately greeted by a kind and funny women whose name is Mary. I called the day before to get my car looked at since all the bolts on the front bumper needed to be replaced. They got me in for the day after! The wait time for my car normally would have taken longer but they were on task and performed as a great team. I am really glad to have gone to car craft automotive since its trustworthy! Thanks!!
