Extremely unfriendly/unwelcoming front end staff. No acknowledgement that patients are standing there to check in.

Had an altersound today I felt as though the receptionist were very friendly and helpful, but not so much the rest .

Very unimpressed they called the day before to tell me my appointment was at 1:10 and the rest of the message was all about how they have no daycare and children weren't allowed in with me but no mention of they had me booked for another test at 2:45 which would have been nice to know I had other things to do and they screwed up the rest of my commitments which I wouldn't have made had I known. I should not have found out last minute my half hour test was gonna take was gonna take 3hours
