    Decent prices, Poor customer service

    Ordered boots from the online store, decent price however the site doesn't specify that they only carry extra-extra wide 'EE' sizes; no standard 'D' width. After wearing them for a while I discovered why they were so roomy. I now use thick insoles with these boots. I had no response from the store to emails sent about the issue. The 'EE' sizing should be noted on the order page.
