    They were polite, responsive, and professional. The negative reviews I have read show me that these people do not understand what property managers do. They manage the buildings and tenants for the owner and are not responsible for the building age or construction.

    I currently live in Mackay Manor building in Edmonton. I find the company, highly unprofessional, absolutely useless, and not responsive. This is not my first time living in an apartment building with people living above my unit. 2.5 months ago, new tenants moved in the unit right above mine, and since that date, I had not been able to rest for a minute at my own place. I am not just talking about the constant 24/7 stomping and ceiling squeaking which you can still hear it through earplugs and e

    Stay as far away from this company as possible. Currently renting and will never ever rent again from these people. Never answer complaints. Ignored for over 6 months. My son cant sleep in his bedroom heater doesnt work and the window wont close all issues that have been brought up since we moved in. Nothing has been done. Save your money go elsewhere.
