We go to the Barley Works on Friday or Saturday nights after nine pm to play trivia. We have samples seveal of their menu offerings and really enjoy the perogies and spinach salad. April is a great bartender and we are never left waiting or wondering if we are being taken care of. Worth the drive to Waterloo if you like a place to sit and play a bit of interactive trivia. The service was awesome and the food was pretty quick and very tasty. We shared spinach dip, antojitoes and nachoes and we were stuffed! However, they tasted quite ordinary, there wasn't a WOW factor. The service was great, our waitress was very friendly and helpful. And the atmosphere was very fun.
