Our furnace quit after the planned power outage in W Kelowna on Nov 5 - contacted Anthony on Mon afternoon; he stated he had a full Tues and would schedule us for Wed morning but would try to get to us earlier. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe.
