J’ai pu y utiliser une carte-cadeau de $50.00.
Nous y sommes allés le 7 novembre 2018 autour de 15 heures et nous avons acheté pour $59.71 avec taxes pour un grand total de $9.71 car j’ai pu utiliser une carte-cadeau d’une valeur de $50.00. Nous avons quelques photos dont celle du reçu de caisse. Nous aimons magasiner au Tigre Géant et celui-ci ne fit pas exception.

Since management change 2016 this store has become fantastic, even the employees
seem to have a much better attitude towards their jobs, very helpful and take the time to help you with what ever your looking for. Returns and replacement including refunds is fantastic compared to before.I can personally state that the management and their employees have gone out of their way for me a number of times. Very good because of Mr. Sasha from lawn mover departement (who with his hight professional client service) saved Canadian tire from complaint at Customer protection department. I took the mover with Honda engine Back to them only hours after the purchase for it wont start. Some woman at the counter Claudette or Claudine against all Canadian laws refused any return or change only referring to repair services while talking to my wife meanwhile Sasha helped find and fix the issue! Bravo Sasha!

J ai échappé le bouchon du lave-vitre de ma voiture et il est tombé sous le moteur, incapable de le récupérer. Je me suis présentée au Canadian Tire sans rendez-vous. La commis me dit que ça va être minimum 25$. Le mécanicien a grimpé ma voiture et en 2 minutes, il a récupéré le fameux bouchon et finalement, ils ne m ont rien chargé. J ai trouvé cela très sympa et gentil de leur part.

Qualité parfois douteuse des produits, mais excellent service après vente. Je lève particulièrement mon chapeau aux préposées au retour pour leur patience et leur gentillesse malgré leur charge de travail franchement excessive, et particulièrement la jeune dame qui m'a servi lundi le 16 septembre 2019 vers 13h30. Dans les travaux, j'avais perdu la facture pour un outil défectueux après 3 mois et j’ai eu droit à un remplacement sur place sans tataouinage. Ça c’est du service!
