My experience with Rec Tech was second to none. The price was negotiated fairly. They were easy to contact initially and maintained contact with me regularly. I had a warranty issue right out of the box and the general manager himself came out, right to the lake I was at, to fix the problem. In a world where service standards have bottomed out, Ryan and his team at Rec Tech absolutely stunned me with their high level of service. Felicia was always available and answered every question I had. I have recommended them to everyone interested in a watercraft and all my colleagues. I truly won’t go anywhere else after this experience!!! I was really THAT blown away!!!

Had a very unpleasant conversation with the service lady "Kim" she didnt offer me a solution for an issue i was having with my seadoo. She then started to yell on the ohone and hung up on me before the conversation was complete. Update, ryan had called me the next and was able to help me find a solution. Appreciate it very much.

Fantastic team here the service and sales teams work hard to get you rolling or floating and look after your toys, big plus is the huge show room. Free advise for some of my older toys has also saved me large dollars bydoing repairs myself!

I did as much trouble shooting and replacing whatever filters and parts I was capable of myself. The staff were great to talk to and even suggested a couple of tips to help me out. I wasn’t able to get my boat running smoothly yet. So I booked it in and left it in their hands. Kim (service writer) was fantastic! Excellent communication from her end. Explaining what they found was wrong. She called me back again when they learned what the expected wait time was for the part and then called me as soon as my boat was done! I am very happy with the service I received from all staff members here!

Drove 5 hours from Lacombe to Turtle Lake to finally enjoy some much needed snow. The secondary clutch on my sled failed to back shift in the first 5 minutes of riding. There were broken pieces inside the helix. I contacted Rec-Tech for help. Kim with their service department went above and beyond to get me looked after so I could ride for the weekend. Even though they were quite busy, due to the recent heavy snowfall, she was able to reschedule some other work, to get me back out on the snow. Previously I had left a pretty low ball review on this place however I’ve continued to do business here and I will say I’ve seen some great improvement. At the time I hadn’t dealt with the service department as I didn’t have anything to service. I purchased a few can am products else where and wouldn’t do my services anywhere else now. The service team is friendly professional and keeps the customer in mind when doing their work. To this day I still haven’t had much interaction with the sales team but they do greet you when you walk in and ask if they can help. Overall happy with my 2022- present trips here.

Purchased a new 2021 Can-Am Renegade XMR 1000r a few months ago from RecTech. Their sales staff was awesome to deal with and had great communication back and forth. After I received my machine, had a minor hiccup, and RecTech service was instantly right on top of it, making certain I was satisfied with the purchase.
