If you walk along Mont-Royal Avenue and you find yourself a litte hungry, you're in the right place. To truly make your day, simply head to the corner of Garnier Street and come on in to Pâtisserie 3M. This is where things get tough: will you go for a pure butter croissant, for one of the Viennese baguette sandwiches, or perhaps a box of homemade chocolates?
To help you in this draconian choice, you can always count on Carole and Jean-Michel Fargues, the owners. Landing in Toulouse in 2007, the couple already had two pastry shops. It was finally in 2009 that they decided to open their business in Québec, after having perfected their knowledge of the local tastes.
