Je suis déçu par le service offert, ils minorly endommagé une impression photo cher et au lieu de prendre la responsabilité de celui-ci (j'aurais été heureux avec des excuses) le titulaire a refusé d'accepter la responsabilité. Il a également voulu faire de compromis sur le prix du service, menaçant de garder mes tirages à moins que j'ai payé en totalité. Soyez avertis!

I took a $350 1-of-a-kind picture (printed on canvas) by renowned canadian photographer to Cadre Greneva to be put onto a simple frame and when I went to pick it up it clearly had 2 small dammaged areas that were not there when I dropped them off. It appears as those it had been scraped and/or bent at those points and the ink had chipped off revealing the white canvas underneath. However the damage wasn't my main complaint, it was the proprietor's handling of the issue. He insisted (with increasing verocity) that the print had been like that all along even though only 3 days prior we had both unravelled the print and looked over it closely.
As it became clear he was not going to take responsisbility for it I suggested we compromise on half-price ($25 vs $50). He then reacted by exclaiming angrily that if I was not willing to pay in full then he would keep my prints and he placed them in the back office. I begrudgingly paid and am now warning YOU not to make the same mistake.
