Purchased a bench to match my table. The table was delivered without the bench. The following day they delivered a bench which was not the one that I had purchased. It's been one week since they delivered the furniture and I have not been able to resolve anything. I have spent about 4 hours on hold since last week. This company has no customer service and believe that use bait and switch on their sales. Stay away
I bought a set of bedroom that was delivered to me this morning, 29 September. The delivery was FLAWLESS, punctual people, efficient and polite. Bravo.

Purchase 3 pieces of furniture at this place. Very friendly service and delivery on time. Open to provide great offers\alternatives on budget. Staff not only there to close a sale but to actively advise you.
BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you care about your money or your dignity as a customer: This company has no respect and please just read reviews online, I wish I did that before spending so much money buying all my furniture in one shot from them. they deliver damaged products, they don't honour anything ... I have so many of my furniture that were damaged and a dresser that was not working. I asked for a replacement and they said that they don't have anything in stuck and ..
Terrible customer service, they don't care once the sale is made. It's been 4 months since I bought my table and bench. Received the table but the bench still has not been delivered. Multiple dates have been promised, than come and gone - without so much as a courtesy phone call. The call centre rep wouldn't even forward me to the manager b/c they said there's no point!
Post- Purchase service awful! Staff at warehouse were extremely rude and unprofessional. Ordered a table and they tried to give me one that was not what I purchased and claimed that I was a liar... the sales agent that helped me originally admitted he made a mistake and asked me not to say anything so he wouldn't get in trouble.
Atten:Artemano doesn't care about customer!I would like to share my unpleasant experience I had.their Delivery company did not deliver the items due to the size of headbord?Artemano refused to refund for 10 days becuse it was against company's policy to refund the money for final sale.GTA district manager&customer service manager ignored my calls and they did not answer my calls.After I told customer service that I will share experience with the owner and Media,They decided to refund my money!
Completely disappointed in the quality of the item that was delivered (damaged/defective) and customer service is anything but service. They were nice, until they delivered damaged goods and then proceeded to avoid me. I do not recommend this establishment. If you do decide to shop here, you better hope and pray that what is delivered to you is in good condition. Never shopping there again.
