    I brought an older model mercedez to Royalmount for service.After numerous attempts to fix the problem and being stranded on the highway twice after being told the problem is 100% solved, Then I was told I should be paying for the labor on defective parts. Now the rep is giving me the cold shoulder and being stand offish.I will never deal with that dealership again.

    Service sucks do not go there. Staff always chanigung management sucks and changing all time. Free for all. Bad customer service and no follow up . Do not recommend going there . Last time im going .
