He is a seasoned chef with nearly twenty years of proven track record in the hospitality industry, a path he chose because it fulfills his interest and passion in food and cooking. Chef Landi started his carrier in the food industry 1993 and worked in some of most renowned world-class Restaurants in Italy, USA and Canada. It all started at 'Maseria Marzalossa' in Fasano, Italy, a historic Apulia farm house from the 17th century. A place where authentic tasting experiences were acquired for the first time and a true traditional cooking style was mastered to produce home-style Italian dishes.
