Same thing happened the summer of 2018. Over $1100 dollars was paid to him to book a flight. At the airport, it was a complete surprise learning the ticket was only reserved and never paid for. True mystery figuring out what happened to the money paid to him... No refund either.

They cancel your flight and take the money for themselves... so you assume you're good to go..but then you're stuck stranded in another country. They suck, so not professional!
