Delicious, surprisingly well priced italian food! Very beautifully decorated inside and even has a patio outside that is nice in the summer. Portions are pretty good for the prices. I would definately recommend this place. Really nice :)
The Best Bruscetta in Stratford.. Have it with goat cheese youll love it. Great lasagne, pastas. Fresh hot bread with your meal. Great staff. Crayons for the kids to draw on the paper tablecloth. Make reservations if your looking to go on a Friday or Saturday night..
Great Food and Great Service!! The gentleman that seated us made our time at the restaurant a lot of fun. He was so entertaining, he loved to tease our kids. He definitely made our meal more enjoyable. He also teased my husband for not eating his crust and said he would go bald like him. Then..... he came back with a swan that he made out of tin foil and it had my husbands crust in it to take home. My kids loved it!! They thought he was hilarious. We had great homemade soup and pizza for lunch. It was our first time to Stratford and the greeter was happy to tell us what we needed to see while we were there. An overall great experience and we will be back. I must admit, I would have went somewhere else because I wouldn't have even noticed the place. We went to several others that were closed for the winter and then stumbled across this one. It really didn't stand out and lacked curb appeal but I am sure glad we went in. Great job!!
We have been to Fellini's before and enjoyed it. This time we had a reservation, when we arrived we had to wait to be seated. The service was quite slow. My husband enjoyed his meal, I was not as impressed. They do make a fantastic sangria though! This was the second disappointing restaurant experience this weekend in Stratford. We usually have a wonderful time but this year something was off everywhere we went. I don't know if everyone is trying to get by with less staff or they're resting on their laurels, but we were disenchanted.
Welcome was warm and service was prompt, regular and matter of fact, not overly hovering and no excessive "Are we all enjoying our meal." Even though we had reservations and were among the first to arrive for dinner, we were seated near the bar-service area and our conversation was frequently interrupted by the sound of a blender crushing ice only 8-10 feet from us. The humus olive appetizer plate (uno duo trio quattro) was OK. No distinctive tastes. The two main dish salads were OK but the chicken added to one was quite dry. The cannelloni al forno seemed to have been prepared earlier and after it dried out a bit it was reheated before serving. Its texture was like yesterday's good meal heated incorrectly the next day. The sauce and chicken that was added to it were quite good but could not change the tough texture of the pasta. The penne dish was not worth finishing by a big man who loves pasta.
