The rental car your rep gave me was not clean. Bug splattered front grill and bird dropping on hood. When I pointed this out to your rep, he tried to tell me that the vehicle had already been washed and this was as clean as it could be. He didn't offer me a different car but said if I wanted this one washed 'again' I would have to wait. I did wait. It took about 20 minutes while the car was washed. Your rep's attitude was unfriendly and condescending. Very poor customer service from Enterprise!
