I have gone to the Niagara Falls, Benjamin Moore location for several years, now, and have had nothing but excellent service there. Every service rep I've had the privilege of meeting there listened, were very knowledgeable, were friendly, and always patient when I was having a hard time choosing a colour (gray is tricky... just saying!). And beyond that, the colour has always been exactly right. I highly recommend them.
Terrible customer service, matched our paint improperly and refused to fix it saying it was our fault, all workers are rude! I have never experienced this in other benjamin moore stores but will certainly never return to the Niagara Falls Decorating Center, just plain disrespectful!
