Way late on delivery. Has not called back in a week.
This is the worst company ever!! Trouble with my washing machine, I have a ten year warranty on parts. The job is badly done, I call back to a secretary that said: let my call the technician and I will call you back. Called numerous times, left messages, no one answers or call back!! Called Maytag again, sorry but the service now is no better, they send be back to them where this time, lucky me, I talk with the owner himself but his word is as bad his technician
I notice that Stein's gets a 1.3 star customer rating. Well, this rating of zero won't help. Misdiagnosed my ailing refrigerator. Said I needed a new compressor -- about $800. Got a 2nd opinion: it was the motherboard ($378). Now purrs like a kitten. Stein's won't refund my money ($128) for the misdiagnosis. Says that the technician insists that the compressor "is going". By the way, Stein's quoted me $1,578 for a compressor and related parts, PLUS labour, for a fridge that cost about $1,200 to
