We have hired dh Home Designs for three projects in a home we purchased two years ago. The first was a deck, the second an attic reno and the third a full main floor (including kitchen, bathroom and den). We hired David and his team for a major basement renovation over the summer of 2014. My wife and I were completely impressed with the quality of work, his attention to detail, his participation in the collaborative process, and his commitment to giving us what we wanted while staying within our budget. David was reliable, trustworthy, and kept to his timelines and cost estimates. He and his team showed the utmost respect for our home, our pets, and our routines. Any budget overages were attributable to extras that my wife and I added later. Even after the bill was settled David returned to our house more than once to follow up on touch-ups he had committed to. David gave us an amazing space in our home where we can relax and entertain with confidence that this job was done right the first time.
Did not get solutions to our concerns. Contractor doesn't take responsibility for the mistakes. He blames others or other things for the job not being done properly. Found him very unprofessional to deal with.
