The Nurse Practitioner was very polite and helpful. I have been there on other occasions whereas the nurse was very rude, & I was hesitant going back but being a Saturday I really did not have much choice.
I’m trying to contact them but the phone is busy. On occasion it’s not but goes straight to voicemail saying that calls are answered at 9:30. Well it’s 10am and I’ve called 50 times and no one person is on the line to take the call. What’s up with that??? I would like to make an appointment for today but I’m not sure I’ll get one at this rate.
The nurse practitioner is AWESOME. the short haired receptionist is unbelievably rude. She asks you loudly what you are there for and gets angry if you write it down because its personal or embarrassing. Would have been a solid five stars if they just showed her the door, honestly. One rotten apple, for sure.
The receptionist is always, always in a bad mood when you call. Took me 3 appointments to get antibiotics for a sinus infection I knew I had, after giving me nasal spray that just made my nose bleed worse than it already was. Once I had to explain for 15 minutes what being trans is to the nurse.
"We don't have a prescriber on today."
"Well that's not very quick care."
If the service gets better, maybe I'll increase the stars, but as it stands, you're better off just going to the hospital.
When you call them too book an appointment they have to ask what it's for, they dont let you talk or explain they just talk over you and say there nothing they can do. Theyre completely useless if you ask me.
My first experience was excellent! Would have been a 5*, but the lady at the desk killed it. Refused to even let me book an appointment when all I need done is a simple urinalysis to take back to my dr to show him that's NOT the problem and we have to explore other possibilities; well, I was told to "just go to emergency" (which is why I called..to avoid that waste of ten hrs), and then hung up on when I asked "well can I please make an appointment for a test?". I am absolutely fuming mad.
