Greyhound Courier Express

Bus didnt have a driver... Wasnt able to catch a single Greyhound from any of the multiple scheduled departures to that destination all day from 10am (none had drivers), waited for hours to hear if there would be any. Would have missed an important appointment if it hadnt been for some very compassionate freinds who offered to drive me in their car. Very dissatisfied. Glad theyre leaving Canada- hopefully this is a better chance for a better system.

The ladies who work here are efficient and very easy to approach. It was my first time shipping through greyhound and I will be back again. They do offer tracking now. I'm not sure what the review below is about, as this depot doesn't do pick up or deliveries, they are all out of Coquitlam, the main office for the lower mainland. This office doesn't have buses but you can buy tickets here for departure from another depot.

Horrible Experience, No Detailed tracking, Try to reach customer service is a joke!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! 1 Called for pick up and agent confirmed same day. (WAITED 7 HOURS) 2. No show, no calls or re-scheduling 3. Next day pick up without calling. Pick-up was farmed out to another courier company without any advisory. 4. Tracking does not exist 2 days later. Agents cannot find it on system. Their own agent called named their own tracking: "Rotten old set up" wHAT A JOKE
