John's amazing! He's very kind, patient at listening, empathetic, and accommodating. He's incredibly experienced at his trade - he was so efficient when upgrading the faucet and shower. He's very kind - he came one day and waited and rang the bell twice & I was on a meeting and forgot he was supposed to come; he had full understanding. He's very prompt at replying to his phone & emails - he's very professional & responsible. A neighbour highly recommended him for doing their bthrm! Recommend!

John is a very kind, honest, responsible, knowledgeable, and caring person. He gave me 45 minutes for free for a quote to help me understand what was wrong with a previous situation by someone else. He came on super short notice and when it was freezing cold. He came highly recommended by a neighbour who hired him and whose son had also hired him and had only wonderful things to say about him. I would highly recommend him as well - honest, knowledgeable, responsible, caring.
