    Please don’t take your animals here. There are many vet clinics in Kelowna, most are better than this one and employ more competent veterinarians. This is a place where illnesses are missed and left untreated, surgeries are botched, and where doctors perpetually deny any responsibility. For the love and health of your animals I beg you to please go somewhere else. Thank you

    we brought our do...

    we brought our dog to this hospital and was charged 136 for exam and pills(vanectyl P and apo cephalexin). my dog has been vomiting for two days within 2 hours after taking the medicine as well as not willing to move. her ear didn't get any better, and became worse because of the medicine (red, swollen and seriously infectious). they also sold us the cone which was broken right on the second day. we called and went back. they charged us another 60 and refuse to refund the pills they sold us.(ev

    Our basset hound ...

    Our basset hound has been going to central valley since he was a pup around 6 years ago. We are happy with the staff and vets and the care they provide to our dog. I like that they follow-up each year as needed (check-up reminders, heartworm pill reminders etc). All and all, seems like a well run and caring clinic.
