they came to fix my hot tub and made it even worst! then they did not respond at all!

We purchased a hot tub from this company. The communication and response times were very quick until after the ca$h for the tub was handed over. We tried contacting this company several times, after the hot tub was delivered, with no luck. The tub is missing 2 jets and a 3rd jet does not work. There was also a warranty included when we purchased the tub, pretty hard to make use of a warranty when the company refuses to answer your calls, txt msgs, etc....brutal after purchase service.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Committed to picking up and buying our hot tub so they could flip it, and they were a no show - after we had turned other away buyers. Thankfully last minute, an HONEST person committed and showed up to take it away. Alex was all talk on the phone - then nothing - wouldn't answer his cell phone, couldn't get a hold of anyone at the company. Stay away from them!

I purchased a used hot tub from Raincity spas and me and the family are loving it. The guys where very friendly and answered all my questions. They gave us an awesome deal. I recommended them to my neighbour who also bought a hot tub from them and he’s also very happy with his by.

Never had a chance to see the work these guys do because they kept on telling me they would show up and never did. Spent three days calling and they said they would be there in an hour. If they were so busy they could of told us, instead of us continuing on giving them a chance. I would not recommend them based off their poor communication and unprofessionalsm.

Purchased a used hottub off of Alex and Ronald, both were very knowledgeable and delivered the tub when expected, both gentlemen went above and beyond my expectations and I am a happy customer with my new tub!
