Lost $5 at the south ridge ymca. Called and they were very friendly and courteous. Someone came and rectified the issue right away. Outstanding customer service
Had issues with one of the vending machines at FLC on a Saturday. They were there within 15 minutes to do the refund and to fix the issue. The lady was very friendly and professional. Great service!!
