Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Has been coming to fix my tub since last week of January. 5 months now I have been waiting. Doesn’t call when he cancels, just doesn’t show. Hasn’t returned my calls in over 3 weeks. Horrible to deal with. Can’t select zero stars so he gets a 1
Dishonest and not a man of his word, do not hire. His ‘fix’ didn’t last and he misrepresented his original cost quote. Also my home reeked of stale smoke the rest of the day just from his presence.
Three scheduled appointments... 3 no-shows. This company is a joke. I did not appreciate the waste of my time ...
After booking Dwight for a tub repair, I was told he would be out that week. Then came the excuses that he couldnt make it, and to try another date... three months later this guy wont even answer his phone, and if when we called from our other phone, he would answer then make excuses, then never hear from him again. Dont even try to book this guy, as the work will never even be done or any communications!
