Do not use Blizzard wizzard ! Five years after he installed my boiler and air conditioning I am still getting people to fix his mistakes. Improper draining, not putting glycol in the boiler water and not putting proper drainage has destroyed my house. Do not use blizzard Wizzard under any circumstance. He also charges 5 times more than other people.
Shane Fink|4039984034|sales@blizzardwizardheating.ca|Sam, As the owner of Blizzard Wizard Heating, I am very concerned and baffled by your very negative review. First of all, I have not been able to find any "Sam A" in our data base. Second, any contractor who does not mix in any glycol into a system in Alberta deserves a bad review. We are very particular about the type and amount of glycol that is mixed into any system that we install. In fact, our shop is one of only a hand full of places in the city, where anyone can walk in and buy a glycol refractometer. (for testing glycol levels). This leads me to think that- A. you are not an actual customer of ours Or B. someone that you have had working on your system has drained it down and filled it with water only. If indeed you are an actual customer of ours, I would question you to as why we were never called about any ongoing problems with your system. As the installing contractor, we would be very motivated to ensure that your system is working properly and that the client is satisfied. If in fact you feel that you overpaid for poor quality workmanship, you should have called and insisted that someone come out and look at the system. On a closing note, if there were any damages to your home or any other customer of ours, we would be more than willing to repair any damages that were a result of our installation.
